Acerola Cherry P.E. is a natural extract derived from Malpighia emarginata, primarily processed via solvent extraction or supercritical CO2 to preserve bioactive compounds. It serves as a potent source of Vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid). Specific molecular formula and CAS number are often variable depending on the standardized extract ratio.
Store in a cool, dry place below 25°C away from direct sunlight to prevent oxidation. High doses may cause gastrointestinal discomfort; clinical use requires adherence to regulatory dosage limits for Vitamin C supplementation.
