Ion exchange resin (ion exchange resin) is a kind of polymer with exchangeable ions (cations or anions), which is called cation exchange resin if exchangeable ions are cations; otherwise, it is anion exchange resin. Ion exchange resin has the functions of desalination and softening, decolorization and deodorization, adsorption concentration, separation and purification, acid-base neutralization, catalysis, chemical analysis, environmental protection, etc.
Amberlite FP Series cation exchange resins are macroreticular polystyrene matrices functionalized with sulfonic acid groups, designed for high-capacity water demineralization. Unlike standard gels, their porous structure ensures rapid kinetics in mixed-bed systems.
Store in sealed containers at ambient temperatures to prevent drying. Do not expose to temperatures exceeding 120°C or freezing conditions. Personnel must wear chemical-resistant PPE during handling due to potential dust inhalation risks.
