Glycopyrronium bromide is a medication of the muscarinic anticholinergic group. It does not cross the blood–brain barrier and consequently has no to few central effects. A synthetic quaternary amine, it is available in oral and intravenous forms and as inhalation.

Glycopyrronium Bromide is a synthetic anticholinergic agent primarily used to reduce secretions. Its chemical structure features a quaternary ammonium group, with the molecular formula C19H28BrNO2 and CAS number 56-76-2.
Contraindicated in patients with urinary retention or obstructive gastrointestinal disorders. Store in tightly sealed containers at controlled room temperature (20°C–25°C) away from direct light and moisture to maintain stability.
