Poliomyelitis Vaccine (Vero Cell), Inactivated, Sabin Strains is a parenteral immunobiological agent produced by propagating attenuated Sabin poliovirus strains in Vero cell cultures. The virus is harvested and chemically inactivated using formalin to ensure safety while retaining immunogenicity. This formulation contains no molecular formula or CAS number as it is a complex biological product rather than a small molecule chemical.
Strictly contraindicated for patients with severe hypersensitivity to vaccine components or history of anaphylaxis following prior doses. Requires storage at 2°C to 8°C; freezing must be avoided to prevent structural damage. Administration is limited to intramuscular or subcutaneous injection under clinical supervision.
