Resistant Dextrin (CAS: 9004-53-9) is a modified starch derivative produced via acid hydrolysis and thermal treatment. It serves as a dietary fiber with high solubility and stability, featuring the molecular formula C6H10O5. This product resists enzymatic digestion in the small intestine.
Store in cool, dry conditions below 25°C to prevent clumping. While generally recognized as safe (GRAS), excessive intake may cause gastrointestinal discomfort. Not suitable for patients with specific carbohydrate malabsorption disorders.
